Using EveryEuroApp
EveryEuroApp helps you record personal finances and plan budgets. Use it lawfully and only with information you are entitled to use. You remain responsible for the accuracy of entered, imported and recognised information.
Financial information, not advice
EveryEuroApp is not a bank, payment institution or lender. It does not provide financial, investment or tax advice. Reports, estimates and projections are informational and depend on your records and stated assumptions. They are not guarantees of future balances or outcomes. Seek a qualified professional when you need advice for your circumstances.
Your records and backups
You retain control of the information you enter. Check calculations against your original records and keep suitable backups. Local storage is not a substitute for a separate backup. Exports and backup archives need appropriate protection, especially when shared or stored outside the device.
Apple distribution and optional purchases
Downloads and any in-app purchases are handled through Apple. Available products, prices, billing periods and renewal terms appear in Apple’s purchase flow. Premium availability is subject to the products offered in your region; this coming-soon website does not confirm that any particular purchase option is available yet.
App licence
App Store downloads use Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless the listing expressly provides a different licence. These EveryEuroApp product terms describe the app’s behavior; they do not replace Apple’s EULA or limit mandatory consumer rights.
Local feature trial and Core access
The app’s local 14-day feature trial is not an automatically renewing paid subscription. It does not charge you when it ends. Access to existing records, correction, deletion, complete backup, restore and CSV/XLSX/JSON portability does not require Premium. Premium adds the capabilities shown on the purchase screen.
Renewal, cancellation and restoration
Where offered, monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple. Apple’s purchase confirmation shows the billing period and price. A lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Apple handles payments, cancellations and refund requests under its terms and applicable law. Use Restore Purchases or Manage Subscription in the app where applicable. Uninstalling EveryEuroApp does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Availability and changes
The website describes the planned initial release using implemented capabilities. Final platform availability and purchase options are shown in the App Store and app. Functionality may evolve; core access to your existing records and portability does not require Premium.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Contact the operator through the support page for questions or concerns.
