EVERYEUROAPP
Privacy policy
How EveryEuroApp handles local financial records, receipts, exports, Apple purchases, support and website requests.

Publication details are being finalised. This page is a pre-release draft.
Scope and responsibility
This policy covers the standard local-first EveryEuroApp release and this website. The operator is identified in the legal notice. The app is being prepared for release; this policy must match the final distributed build.
Information on your device
The app stores information you enter or import, including accounts, balances, transactions, categories, budgets, recurring items, savings goals, preferences and shopping records. Financial records are held locally. You do not need an EveryEuroApp account. The standard app does not transmit these records to an EveryEuroApp server.
Receipts and documents
Receipt images, recognised text and reviewed line items can be stored with your records. Receipt recognition uses on-device processing. Camera and photo access require your permission; availability depends on your device and plan. Supported local document imports are processed for review. Check recognised amounts and details before saving.
Imports, exports and backups
You choose which files to import and where to save or share exports. CSV, XLSX and analytical JSON exports are not complete backups. Complete backup archives include financial records, supported attachments and settings; they are not encrypted by the app. Protect these files and their storage location. Choosing a cloud drive or another app to share a file subjects that copy to the chosen provider’s policies. Exporting JSON does not automatically send it to an AI service.
Apple services and purchases
Apple handles App Store downloads, payments and purchase restoration. The app uses Apple’s StoreKit to check product availability and entitlements; the developer does not receive your payment card details through the app. Apple may process information under its own privacy policy. Device-level backups you enable through Apple are separate from app sync. The standard release does not include automatic CloudKit synchronisation between devices. Local reminders require your permission.
Tracking, analytics and networking
The standard app privacy manifest declares no tracking and no collected data types. No developer analytics, advertising SDK or remote AI service is included in the standard app. Spending insights and projections are calculated locally. These app-specific statements do not mean that Apple, your chosen export destination, or the website host receives no technical information.
Your choices and deletion
You can review, correct, remove or archive user-owned records in the app. Existing data access, correction, deletion, export, complete backup and restore do not require Premium. Delete unwanted exported files and device backups separately from their storage locations. Removing the app does not necessarily remove copies you saved elsewhere.
This website
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page performance and traffic, without advertising cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. Cloudflare processes browser performance and page information under its privacy policy. The beacon is not loaded when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled, or when the page URL contains query parameters or a fragment. Separately, our private dashboard stores daily page-request counts by public page, country, device category and broad referrer category for up to 180 days. It stores no IP addresses, visitor IDs, full browser identifiers, query strings or financial records. Known bots and opted-out requests are excluded, but filtering is imperfect. Cloudflare also processes request information for hosting and security. The private administrator area uses a secure sign-in cookie, lasting up to 30 days when requested; this is not used for visitor analytics. Website measurement is separate from the app: no app financial data is sent to these analytics services.
Support and privacy requests
If you contact support, the operator and email provider receive your message, email address and any details you choose to include. These are used to respond and resolve the request, based on the legitimate interest in providing support or steps needed to provide the service. Do not include sensitive financial records. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion and object to applicable processing using the support contact. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Changes
The date above identifies this policy version. Changes to the shipped app, hosting or support providers require a review of this policy before new data processing is introduced.
